1. Who processes your data
Registered address: Avenue Mohammed V, 90000 Tanger, Morocco. The legal entity is AdKey SARL AU (ICE: 003880167000050), which trades as Aluminium Tanger and publishes www.wealu.ma.
Data questions: info@wealu.ma or +212 660-130-030.
2. What information we receive
Depending on what you send or what the browser transmits, we may hold:
- site sizes, photos and drawings you attach to a quote request;
- name, company, street, phone and email entered in the form or given by phone;
- technical traces (IP, browser, pages viewed) if a cookie or audience tool is active.
3. Why we use them
That information is used only to:
- keep Moroccan accounts and meet legal duties;
- reply, price a job and follow a quote;
- stay in touch during the works;
- see which workshop pages are read, so we can improve the site.
4. Legal grounds
Three grounds can apply: the workshop’s legitimate interest in following enquiries and securing the site; performance of a quote, an order or pre-contract steps; your consent for non-essential cookies and for some form submissions.
5. Who can see them
Staff at AdKey SARL AU open the files. Technical providers (host, mail, audience measurement) see data only for the task they are hired to do. Nothing is sold to advertisers or third-party lists.
6. How long we keep them
An audience cookie, when set, usually lasts at most 13 months — the exact life is in each cookie’s settings. Quote sheets and site correspondence are kept while the job is followed, then archived under the accounting and legal periods that apply in Morocco.
7. Cookies on the site
Some cookies make the site work; audience or preference cookies are set only with your agreement where the law requires it. The banner on first visit, then your browser settings, let you change that choice.
8. Rights you can exercise
Moroccan personal-data rules let you, within the limits of those texts, ask for a copy, a correction, a restriction, a deletion, or object to some processing.
Write to info@wealu.ma and describe the request. Proof of identity may be asked if there is doubt about who is writing.
9. How we protect them
We apply reasonable technical and organisational precautions against undue access, loss or alteration. No server is invulnerable: do not send unnecessary or highly sensitive files through the form (scanned ID, bank secrets, and the like).
10. Changes to this page
